She tried to blame their false advertising on us and kept redirecting the issue back to us. The next day the desk staff tried to help but said I needed to talk to the general manager. It was late so we we going to deal with it in the AM. Simple right? I was told that a roll away could not be placed in the room due to a fire hazard. First, the website (see attached screen shot) stated that the room slept 3 with 1 king bed, a sofa bed and a roll away. This was THE WORST Marriott experience we have had.
